By booking a photography session, you agree to the terms of the photography services, which may include payment terms, session scheduling, and delivery timelines.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed by paying a non-refundable deposit, as outlined in your service agreement. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price quoted at that time will be honored.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling of sessions are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling a session is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

If I am unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), I will do my best to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a refund.

5. Copyright and Usage

All photographs taken during a session remain the property of Angelina Johnson Photography, including all intellectual property rights. Clients are granted a limited license to use the photos for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media.

For commercial use or if you wish to use the photos in promotional materials, please contact me to discuss licensing terms.

By sharing or posting images on social media, clients agree to credit Angelina Johnson Photography where applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the scheduled location on time. I will do my best to accommodate minor delays, but significant lateness may result in a shortened session or forfeiting the session.

Clients are also responsible for providing accurate information related to the session, including location, special requests, and important details related to the photoshoot.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected will only be used for booking, payment, and communication related to your session. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

While I take great care in capturing your special moments, Angelina Johnson Photography is not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise during a session, such as weather-related issues, technical problems, or accidents. In no event shall Angelina Johnson Photography be liable for any damages, including incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, arising from the use of the website or photography services.
